Founded by Mr. Armando Flores, a San Diego native with over 35 years of experience in the design and construction industries, Charco Design & Build is a boutique design and build firm specializing in high-end and luxury remodels and custom builds.

Mr. Flores began his career studying architectural drafting and interior design at a top notch design firm in Los Angeles. After making his way back home to San Diego, Armando took his seat as COO and Vice President of Charco Construction, an esteemed and reputable remodeling firm owned and operated by his father in law Chuck Swimmer.

Today, Charco Design & Build not only continues this legacy of quality workmanship, but has become a prominent and acclaimed multi-award winning firm.
